Healthy Living
It’s on my way to Binangonan when i saw a huge crowd together with a troop of Law-in-forcer dancing near the bus station of Navotas. Here comes my “USISERO” (curious) instinct which lead me to witness this healthy activity in my community. Whats funny is that this Government paid program is new to me. In fact, this assembly used to be a regular community activity.
I normally come into this place to walk during the afternoon as a substitute to Gym-works, but i never heard anything special about this. Now that I’m familiar to this gathering of health conscious people of Navotas. I would definitely join them.
For your information this activity take place during 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning every saturday and sunday in the Navotas Centennial Park, C4 Road, Barangay Bagumbayan North. This is beside the Manila bay known as Road-10 before you reach the bridge when your coming from C4 road. If your going to bring a Car there’s available pay parking in the vicinity just beside the park.

We have the same thing here at our place. Dito nga lang is daily. Around 6:00am, they call it "HATAW."

as far as i know, matagal na may ganyan sa centennial park kasi nung baby pa ang anak ko, we (madalas nanay at tatay ko lang, tulog mode pala ako) go there everyday kasi you know pampaganda ng baga ang simoy ng hangin sa tabi ng dagat tsaka para makakita na rin ng ibang tao ang anak ko. may taebo pa nga yata na free offer din jan eh.
