Anniversary of Philippines Independence from the Spaniards
Today (June 12) is the 112th anniversary of our national independence from Spain.
People wonder why we celebrate June 12, 1898 as our independence day and not the internationally recognized July 4, 1946. For me, June 12 represent more heroism than July 4. Filipinos fought and died before… and after June 12, 1898 for the sake of achieving and later, defending that independence. (more…)
Traffic
The right love sometimes comes at the wrong place and at the wrong time. But who knows? you might be the only one who thinks it’s wrong…
It feels like being caught in the middle of an abominable, monstrous, exhausting traffic, in a stink jeepney. You’re close to your destination… Losing your patience you got down and decided to walk instead… Then right after stepping down, the traffic suddenly cleared out. The rain fell and you felt you made the wrong decision not to…wait.
Same Feelings. The clear traffic without the need to walk alone is the possible satisfaction… But it is only a possiblity. No assurance.
It is up to you now which to think is right. Questions more than regrets linger in the mind. What would be the difference if you stayed on the ride? Would the traffic clear out just the same? Or maybe it’s you the heaven was waiting for for the traffic to clear out? Or maybe then… It is just right for you to walk your walk alone and get drenched with heavy rains of hurting and misery.
Love is a riddle… never with a clear answer.

“Sa Wari ko” and “That Bitchy Gay blog” started the blog before the require period and “Jay-elx” can’t supply a full archive of his blog. Since these blogs are not qualified, I am now voting for the following blogs:
- Shoota Ka – a humorous and hilarious photoblog. I love the tag like Shoot-a KA!!!
- Don Trivino – Photo blog of my dear friend papa Dax. I admire his photos and his journey on discovering new places. i dare you to find the smiley tattoo in one of his post.. clue: Beavis & ____-Head

Glorious Day in Governor Andres Pascual College
March is a month that holds a special place in many Filipino families. It marks the end of the school year and for many students, the end of the road in their academic journey. The month of March is associated with graduation and this event is a milestone in the lives of many young people and their families. Yesterday was a warm afternoon and that was the moment which 3 of my cousins graduated in Governor Andres Pascual College in Navotas. They were quite happy and comfortable with because yesterday was the day they had been working so hard towards for what seemed like a lifetime. All the hard work had been done and it had paid off. Mary Anne Ablola and Chiqui Sanchez graduated their Masters degree in Education and Emelita Flores graduated in Bachelor of Education. I witness their entire uphill struggle toward this achievement and me myself is so proud of them. I manage to take some photos of their Glorious Day in Governor Andres Pascual College and I’m sharing to you my 3 lovely cousins who might be your sons and daughters’ future mentors in primary education.
A Golden Treasure Wedding
I’m the florist, the singer, the photographer, the designer, the DJ, and the coordinator. wahhhh!!! I did this wedding just like mine… i wish!!! all i know is that my parents were glad that they got married on the church, which they dreamt of long ago… and it was fascinating! but the most wonderful thing that happened that day is that we are all complete; me and my dad are in good term.

Dead Man on the Road

This Happened last April (April fools day 2009) while on our way to Cavite we saw a commotion over the tunnel in Taft avenue in front of Manila City hall… we’re so curious that made us to go out of the car to witness what is happening… what a tragic scene that we saw a dead man lying in his blood beside his motorcycle… i took my camera and grab the opportunity to take photos so that i could share it to you… look Closely on his head… the blood is dripping and i guess that’s his brain… eewww“kawawa naman sya kase yung bus na sumanggi sa kanya ang may kasalanan…” thats what the people there used to say.
but for us the thing we have notice is “Mumurahin ang helmet niya kaya nabasag!” hehehe sound like we’re making fun of it… but actually the moral lesson there, is buy the expensive safety helmet that will give you more security than a cheap one that is just for “Porma!”
